Romana has a unlimited General Contractor license and we also carry HVAC, plumbing, electrical, grading, and underground utilities licenses. Whether you need site work, have a small office renovation to complete, require tenant upfits, or require ground-up construction, our team can handle the project with excellence and timeliness. With over twenty years of experience in the upstate, we know what works and what doesn’t when it comes to every facet of commercial construction in our community. We have also attained WDBE certification. From full site work to asphalt set-up, we'd appreciate any consideration for your next project.
Meet the Team
John and Annell Bailey started Romana LLC in 2006, just one year into their marriage. Annell graduated from Bob Jones University with a financial degree. Since then, Annell has acquired her General Contractors and Real Estate real estate licenses. John has his General Contractors, as well as plumbing, electrical, heating and air.

Annell is a licensed Builder/Sales Executive and co-owner of Anchor Custom Homes. Annell was born and raised in the beautiful island of the Dominican Republic, where her parents own a construction business. Annell came to Greenville to attend Bob Jones University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Financial Management. Despite her strong involvement in her career, Annell describes herself as a proud mom of two beautiful girls.

John Bailey
Born and raised in Michigan, John has been a business owner since the age of 14. He is a Licensed General Contractor and also holds electrical, plumbing and HVAC licenses. A hands-on person, John is personally involved in every aspect of construction and can be found on the jobsite or reached directly any time. John understands and respects the importance of deadlines. John describes himself as a loving husband and father.
